Albie Casiño

Alan Benedict "Albie" Lee Casiño is a Filipino actor who became popular after starring in the hit remake of Mara Clara alongside Julia Montes, Kathryn Bernardo, and John Manalo.

Controversy with Andi Eigenmann

Casiño was involved in a controversy between him and ex-girlfriend Andi Eigenmann. Eigenmann was reportedly almost five months pregnant on June 29, 2011. The 21-year-old actress revealed that the father of her child was her "first" boyfriend, and Albie was one of the suspects.
Meanwhile, Eigenmann's present boyfriend, Jake Ejercito already denied that he is the father while Albie's mother neither confirmed/ denied that Albie is the father of Andi's unborn child. However, in an interview of Andi's father, Mark Gil, he did hint that the father of the child is Andie's first and only boyfriend; he also said that Ejercito was not the father and he respected him for being there, even if he's not the father of the child. On September 2011, Eigenmann revealed on her Posterous blog that the father to her child is Albie Casiño.

Fiamma Bar Controversy

On May 4, 2012, Albie Casiño was beaten up by friends of his ex-girlfriend, Andi Eigenmann while Andi herself splashed wine on Casiño's face and slapped him. Albie was said to have gone to the restroom to “clean himself up” with the intention of leaving the bar after, but he and a friend were purportedly followed to the parking lot by Andi’s companions.

Describing the act as “planned and premeditated,” as she was quoted, Rina also named Andi’s companions and related that her son was hit on the head with a wine bottle. The commotion was later stopped by a bouncer. It is also revealed that one of the suspects is Frank Magalona, son of the late Master Rapper Francis Magalona but later denied taking part in the incident.
